Administration Assistant

I am the Administration Assistant in the Pharmacology Accounts team and am responsible for many jobs within the Admin Office. I work Monday - Wednesday.
This includes: receipting goods onto the R12 system, opening and matching incoming invoices and the all essential filing. I am responsible for assisting staff with orders and dealing with external order and invoice queries.
I also provide staff cover for reception and basic cover for my colleague Emma Stockford.
My role also includes basic HR and recruitment.
The Finance Team
Lauren works in the Finance Team alongside Emma Stockford and both report to the Administrator, Jimmy Martin.
Lauren also assists Carolyn Thackrah, Deputy Administrator, with HR administration.
